Every Zairela Studio gift is made to order, so your item is produced especially for you before it ships. Here's what to expect.
Free shipping within the United States
All orders shipped to a US address ship free. No minimum order value, no code needed — the free option appears automatically at checkout.
Where we ship from
Our production partners are based in the United States, so US orders travel a short domestic route with no customs involved.
Production time
Personalized items are printed, engraved or assembled after you order. Production takes 2–5 business days depending on the product. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our production partner.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- Canada: 7–14 business days after production
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days after production
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing and busy seasons can add time.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs for destinations outside the United States are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't predict these charges or reimburse them.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Email us at zairelastudio@gmail.com with your order number.
Wrong address?
Contact us as soon as possible at zairelastudio@gmail.com. We can usually correct an address before production finishes, but once an order has shipped we can't reroute it.
Damaged in transit
If your gift arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
