How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped.

Total delivery time depends on your location — typically 5–14 business days depending on where you are in the world. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Can I preview my personalised gift before ordering? Yes! Once you add your personalisation details (name, photo, text), our product page shows you a live preview of exactly what your gift will look like.

What if I make a spelling mistake in my personalisation? Please check all text carefully before placing your order. We produce exactly what you submit. 

Can I return a personalised gift?

Because every gift is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for personalised items unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship to 30+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

What file format should I use for my photo? We recommend uploading a high-resolution JPG or PNG file. The clearer the photo, the better the result. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered images for best quality.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. 

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders? Yes! We work with businesses on branded and bulk personalised gifts. Contact us at hello@zairelastudio.com to discuss your requirements.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@zairelastudio.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll replace or refund it straight away.

I haven't received a tracking email. What should I do?

Tracking emails are sent once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
